“There are several ways to hang a clay piece as a pendant for a necklace or earring:

* Pierce a hole from front to back at the top of the piece and insert a jump ring. This technique is most suitable for light, thin pieces made of strong clay; brittle clay may crack at the top after a while, causing the pendant to fall off.
* Embed an eye pin into the top of the piece before firing, leaving just the eye at the top visible. Bend the end of the eye pin a little before inserting it, to make the join stronger.
* Attach the jewelry finding called a “”bail mount”" to the top of the piece. (A bail looks like a tiny tweezers with a loop at the top.)
* Pierce the pendant from top to bottom, fire it, then insert a head pin from the bottom and twist the top end into a loop. You can also make the piercing bigger and thread a ribbon or cord through it, knotted at the bottom.

If you have a piece that’s already been fired, you can insert a head pin as described above if it’s a pierced bead. If it’s an unpierced flat piece, you can embed it in a clay frame or glue it to a metal filigree.”

More and more people are tapping on the high speed of broadband to make purchases online for items such as jewelry, cars, books, watches, etc. Here are things to consider while you are doing jewelry shopping online .

1. Before you buy anything from them, you will first need to ensure their credibility and reputation. Visit their websites and check whether they have their company addresses and phone numbers listed. On the Internet, it is very common to have affiliates selling jewelry for a jewelry company. These affiliates may put up their own sites and showcase the merchants line of products. When you click on the link on the affiliate site, you will be directed to the jewelry company’s website, which is where you should look for addresses and phone numbers.

2. Take your time and browse through the Internet to look for the best choice of jewelry for you and your recipient. There are tons of websites offering all kinds of jewelry. There are sites which are interactive whereby you can see actual sizes of jewelry and play around with the different cuts, clarity levels, sizes, etc.

3. Read and understand their return policy. Most of the online jewelry merchants offer a 30 days money back policy, but some only offer one-to-one exchange. So read its policy carefully, and call them to clarify any doubts that you have.

4. Choose the most competitive price. Prices of jewelry on the Internet are very competitive, and online merchants usually can offer very low prices as they have lesser overheads to cover.

Buying jewelry on the Internet is definitely a wise choice as you will definitely be paying less when compared to buying it from a physical jewelry store. As long as the online merchant is reputable, there should not be any problem when purchasing online.

Premier Jewelry Catalog is the central place to find discounted Premier Designs Jewelry at wholesale prices. From bracelets to earrings, from necklaces to jewelry supplies, this site is your one-stop shop for everything that relates to premier designs. This website is provided as a service to help online browsers find Premier Designs jewelry online. It is not an official website of Premier Designs, and is not sponsored or supported by Premier Designs. At Premier Jewelry Catalog, they understand that finding Premier Designs jewelry online can be difficult, and they strive to make that process easier for you.
